Coaching can take place over the phone, in person, or even email and fax. Phone coaching can be a very effective and convenient medium, especially when the coach and client are not located in the same city.

Our consultants either do the actual work for the client or make specific recommendations. Depending upon the specific engagement, the consultant may continue to work with the client on a continuous basis or make periodic onsite visits.

BRS consultants typically will travel to your place of business to conduct onsite interviews and assessments. Between onsite visits, consultants may arrange for regular communication with phone appointments.
