Rod Bristol was part of the development team that created BRS' Profit Mastery University financial education curriculum, including editing the Facilitator's Guide and Participant's Guides and creating the teaching materials and methods for Facilitator Certification for utilization of the video-based curriculum in a classroom setting.
Rod is responsible for client development and the national expansion of the Profit Mastery University program and for Facilitator Certification training, both nationally and internationally. He has taught over 200 Certified Facilitators in 30 states and is actively involved in the expansion of the Profit Mastery University program to Small Business Development Centers and other business networks throughout the country. Rod has a BA from the University of Washington, studies towards a Masters in Christian Ministry and has participated in and taught numerous professional development programs in his 30-year business career.
Prior to joining BRS, from 1984 to 2007, Rod owned Sudden Printing, the largest independent quick printing company in the state of Washington. At the peak of Sudden Printing's expansion the company employed a staff of over 60, had sales of $5 million and served the greater Puget Sound area with offset printing and digital imaging services. Rod was very active in the National Association of Quick Printers for over 20 years and served in virtually every area of NAQP. He was awarded the Honorary Lifetime Member award in 2007.
Lisa Hafetz is a Certified Franchise Executive, was a CPA in the state of Pennsylvania and has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Penn State University. Lisa is the owner of LMH Advisory Services, a consulting and coaching business, located in Southeast Florida. Her company works with larger corporations in a consulting capacity and with small business owners as a business coach. Additionally, Lisa works with Profit Mastery as a Profit Mastery Presenter and a Performance Group Facilitator.
Prior to becoming a business owner, Lisa created a Financial Consulting Department for Granite Transformations. In that role, Lisa conducted annual benchmarking that included results from all of franchisees in the U.S. and Canada and developed best practices within the network allowing the unit operators to drive improved profitability.
During Lisa’s time with Granite Transformations, Profit Mastery was brought in to provide Financial Education classes to the franchisees, conduct benchmark studies and to implement their financial performance group process. Profit Mastery and Lisa’s one-on-one consultation with the franchisees was often described as “the best service ever provided by the franchisor.”
