is the real deal. They combine business practices that would apply
in any industry, and guess what? They DO apply in our
industry. Their
software is user-friendly (actually fun) and you’re able to make
projections and decisions based on real facts about your business,
benchmark your progress and foresee areas of concern. The group
process will also be a great benefit—seeing other stores,
getting ideas, giving critiques for the purpose of improvement.
I’m sure that by joining FIT we will improve our business in
many ways. I think any jeweler—especially those B.I.G. members
that already understand the importance of turning
merchandise—would benefit greatly from being in one of the BRS
(FIT) groups. The cost is minimal for the benefits you can get and
you get one step closer to running your store vs. it “running
